Full Tilt Poker has introduced new poker game in on line poker called Rush Poker.
What is Rush Poker?
Rush Poker is a new type of cash game (ring) of poker. By applying to this game you join a pool of players on the same poker limit. You and 8 more players are randomly selected from this pool and seated at the table for one hand only. Once this hand is completed you will be seated against 8 new player in different order.
Why is Rush Poker different?
When you play normal ring game you have to wait until it is your turn to make a move now matter how good is your hand. At Rush Poker you have Quick fold button where you can fold your hand immediately and move to another table. In that way you can throw away all your trashy hands and wait for good ones.
Rush Poker is a very fast game. You will play around 300 hands per hour compared to 70 hands per hour on a normal table. This also means you generate a lot more rake and receive more rakeback.
But playing Rush poker has also changed the game of poker a little bit. Now even more players is waiting for premium hand and play only then when whey receive them. The game is even tighter and harder to control since you don’t know your players because they are randomly seated for every hand.
We suggest strict tight aggressive play with a small stack and we do not recommend it for new players.
If 300 hands per hour is still not fast enough for you you can open up to four tables of Rush Poker, meaning playing around 1200 hands per hour. That is a lot!
